Brandon Lau grew up in Kailua and currently resides in Honolulu with his wife Andee, daughter Caylah, and son Elijah. His eleven years in real estate is complimented by his experience working at American Savings Bank and his Bachelors degree in Finance and English. He completed his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) courses and is pursing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He currently works full time as a Realtor with Prudential Locations LLC, where he serves clients throughout the island of Oahu.

Far more than excellent! This transaction involved many partied as it was a short sale of a Condotel. As such, there were a number of "unforseen" developments which delayed the closing for several months. At times it looked as though the deal would fall apart. Whenever there was a crisis, your Agent was the force that held the parties together and pulled them through. Had it not been for his resourcefulness and perseverance, I doubt whether we could have closed the deal. In retrospect, it was a great learning process for me and someday I may use the over 100 emails exchanged as the basis for a case study not only in real estate but also in human relations in general.
